What We Are About
Mission – North Shore Bible Church is a bible based church that believes Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. We also believe in serving others in our community as Jesus commanded. The purpose of our Men’s Ministry is to build an active network of Godly and engaged men for the purpose of fellowship and community involvement.
Foundation – The foundation of the Men’s Ministry is built around Men’s Night meetings held the Second and Fourth Thursdays of each month through most of the year. During the summer the group only meets the Fourth Thursday of the month.
The meetings provides time for fellowship and networking, giving us a chance to learn more about each other and build lasting friendships. Our meetings provide an opportunity to develop special events and plan how our resources can be used to help our community. Through prayer we have an opportunity to thank God for all we have and ask for help when needed.
Men’s Night meeting agenda – Our meetings begin at 5:30 pm on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month. The meeting is open with a prayer thanking God and blessing our meal. For each meeting two volunteers take on the job of cook. They prepare and serve dinner. After dinner we talk about special events and how we can make a difference in our church and our community. The meeting ends on a discussion question/topic. Everyone gets an opportunity to participate in the discussion. This is a great time to learn more about each other. The meeting ends with a closing prayer thanking God for all he has done for us.
Special Events – We decide as a group on special events like attending a Wenatchee AppleSox baseball game or planning a “date night” for the ladies in our life.
Open meetings – You do not need be a member of North Shore Bible Church to attend our Men’s Night meetings. In fact we encourage you to invite family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.
